They also have some strict areas where they do not allow you to use receive money. Your account can get locked anytime if you are violating their rules. 

2Checkout charges $0.45 + 5.5% of the amount you receive for each transaction.

3). Skrill – Skrill is known as money bookers. It is simpler as PayPal with additional features like ability to send text message. For international merchants it provides facility to send funds to prepaid cards instantly.

Skrill Charges   1.9% to 2.9% + €0.25 for each

4). Payza is also popular among merchants these days. There is No activation cost and yearly fees. Sending funds through payza is free. It supports 190 + countries worldwide.

Payza Charges 2.50 % + 0.37 INR When you receive funds in rupees. and charge 2.90 % + $0.30 USD per transaction when receiving in US currency.
